There is value in an image

An image is not simply a trademark, a design, a slogan or an easily remembered picture. It is a studiously crafted personality profile of an individual, institution, corporation, product or service (Daniel J. Boorstin).

An organisation has an image to keep and its stakeholders have a responsibility to maintain that image. Thus, to establish, maintain and keep that image, listening to critics is a good thing.

Corporate image (reputation) is one thing that should be taken good care; a good image is an efficient marketing and promotional tool.

Customers always remember an outstanding service and they prefer to patronize service providers which have already established their names in their respective industries.

Credibility and integrity comes with a good image. It’s hard to be credible when no one believes you.

Organizations should keep in mind that a good image establishes trust, confidence, loyalty and excellent client relationships.

It provides a strong sense of security - Lazarus Sauti.
